Home Information Pack

 

All properties (with very few exceptions) marketed for sale from 14 December 2007 in England and Wales will need a Home Information Pack (“HIP”). The Pack includes an Energy Performance Certificate, containing advice on how to cut carbon emissions and fuel bills. Also included are documents such as a sale statement, searches and evidence of title. Town & Country are pleased to be working with one of the largest suppliers of HIP’s in the UK.

This relationship allows us to provide not only flexible payment terms for your HIP but, crucially, means that your HIP will be produced in a very short space of time, thereby allowing us to begin marketing your property as soon as possible.
